Extra persons are charged at £20.00 each per week, £8.00 each per night (self-catering accommodation.)

Electricity/gas is included in the price.

Where VAT is included, it is as the current rate.

CH stands for central heating, PH stands for panel heating.

Payments: Cheques should be made payable to 'North Shore Holiday Centre'. Most major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Deposits: A £60 deposit per week or per short stay must be received within 7 days of a provisional booking being accepted.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Balances are non-refundable on holidays cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival.

Balances: The balance of your holiday is due to be paid 28 days before your holiday commences.

Children: A child of any age counts as 1 person.

Checkout deposit: £20 cash is required on arrival to be left at Reception. Once the key is returned, and provided the accommodation is left clean and undamaged, this is refunded to you on checking out. Please allow a few minutes for your accommodation to be inspected by a member of staff when you are ready to depart.

Bedding: We provide the duvets, duvet covers, pillows, and under-pillowcases. You would need to bring your own sheets and pillowcases, as well as towels etc. Sheets and pillowcases can be hired from us, subject to availability. Each sheet is £2.50. Each pillowcase is £1.50. We would kindly ask you to arrange this prior to your arrival, in order to ensure they are ready for your collection from Reception when booking in.

Smoking: This is permitted in privately occupied accommodation. We do have a small number of non-smoking holiday units - please ask for details when booking.

Dogs: Up to 2 well-behaved family dogs are welcomed in selected units. All dogs are charged at £15 per dog per week/short-stay, and must be kept on leads at all times when around the grounds. Dogs must not be left unattended in the accommodation for long periods of time. Any damage must be paid for and the accommodation will be inspected prior to your departure.

Pet Allergies: Those who have an allergy to pet hair should make it known on booking, so that we can try to accommodate you in units that do not take dogs - subject to availability.

ACCOMMODATION IS AVAILABLE FROM 3PM ON ARRIVAL AND MUST BE VACATED BY 10AM ON DEPARTURE DAY.

ARRIVALS AFTER 5PM MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED WITH RECEPTION.

Tourer Caravans: PLEASE NOTE THAT USE OF AWNINGS IS RESTRICTED DURING BUSY TIMES. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ASK FOR DETAILS WHEN BOOKING. ALSO, A £5 CASH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR USE OF A BARRIER SWIPE CARD DURING YOUR STAY. IF YOU DEPART BEFORE RECEPTION IS OPEN, THE CARD MUST BE PUT THROUGH OUR LETTERBOX AS YOU GO, AND THE DEPOSIT WILL THEN BE POSTED TO YOU. NO CARD BACK - NO REFUND.

We do not allow single-sex bookings of more than 2 persons. Also, we generally take only family bookings, and only when at least one member of the group is 18 years or older. Management reserves the right to refuse anyone admittance on arrival, e.g. for reasons of unruly behaviour, or not having an adult present.

All our staff want you to enjoy your holiday, BUT NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHERS. Anyone or any group creating a disturbance, or whose conduct could give offence to others, will be required to leave the park immediately. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
